Brazilian Passion Fruit Mouse



8 Passionfruit

1 Tbsp white sugar

1 (14 Ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups cream



Remove pulp from passionfruit, mix with hands to soften. Strain through sieve or cheesecloth. Stir in sugar and condensed milk to seedless pulp.

Beat cream until it forms soft peaks. Fold 1/3 of cream into Passion fruit mix, then quickly fold remaining cream into the mix until there are no streaks. Chill for 1 hour, serve.
