Butter 150 grams
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla ½ tsp
Self Raising Flour 2 Cups
Corn flour ½ Cup
White Choc ½ Cup
Passionfruit Syrup ½ Cup
Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla and mix.
Add flour and corn flour to butter and sugar mixture, stir until well combined. Lightly stir in half the white chocolate.
Mix the remaining chocolate with the passionfruit syrup.
Press 2/3 of the mixture lightly into baking tin. Crumble the remaining mixture evenly on top.
Spread passionfruit and chocolate evenly onto the base mixture and press down lightly (so the top remains lumpy).
Bake in a moderate oven. (time; depends on your oven).
Take care towards the end of baking time because passionfruit syrup goes brown if left in the oven too long.
