White Chocolate coated Passionfruit Fudge



3 cups Sugar

1/2 cup Milk

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

125 gm Butter

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons Passionfruit SyrupTopping



Put sugar and milk in saucepan, heat gently, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

Add all other ingredients except passionfruit.

Stir until butter has melted, increase heat and bring to boil, stir occasionally to stop sticking.

When soft ball stage is reached remove from heat, add passionfruit, cool a little then beat till thick.

Pour into buttered tin.

When set it can be enjoyed cut into squares or small pieces rolled into balls in dipped in white chocolate.
